Who We Are

What We Collect

We only collect what is needed to give you your result and, if you purchase one, your guide PDF:

• Your name — to personalise your result
• Your email address — to send your result and any guide PDF you purchase
• A record that you agreed to our Terms & Conditions, together with the date and time, kept as proof of consent for legal purposes
• Gender (optional) — used only for anonymous, aggregate statistics (e.g. average results by gender). This is never stored alongside your name or email, and answering is entirely optional.
• Age range (optional) — a broad bracket only (e.g. "25–34"), never an exact date of birth, used only for anonymous, aggregate statistics. Never stored alongside your name or email, and answering is entirely optional.

We do not ask for anything beyond this. We do not build a marketing profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

How We Use It

Your name and email are used solely to deliver your result and, if purchased, any guide by email. Your Terms & Conditions agreement and timestamp are stored only as proof that you agreed to our terms before beginning the test, in case this is ever needed for legal purposes. We do not use your details for anything beyond this.

We Do Not Sell or Give Away Your Data

New Humanity Consciousness does not sell, rent, or give away your details to any third party, and it would never be in our interest to do so — your information exists purely to deliver what you've paid for.

To actually run the website and deliver your purchase, a small number of trusted service providers process your data on our behalf, strictly to perform that function and nothing else:

• Stripe — processes your payment securely. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
• Make.com — passes your name and email automatically from your purchase to our email system, so your result/guide can be sent.
• Gmail (Google Workspace) — used to send your result and guide PDF to your email address.
• Netlify — hosts the website itself.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations, only ever process your data to make your purchase work, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or any other purpose. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EU (for example, in the United States); where this happens, they do so under recognised data protection safeguards.

How Long We Keep It

We keep purchase and consent records for as long as required to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us at any time to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, contact us at newhumanityconsciousness@gmail.com.

If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
